Angela and Tom Pelletier met and like many people in love, started a family. Unlike most people, they also birthed a development company.

Pelle Development has always been known for creating stylish, urban dwellings, but as the Pelletiers’ experience and family evolved, so did the vision for the company. It’s not possible to have little ones without thinking about what’s best for the future. The Pelletiers wanted to make their mark personally and knew an eco-friendly approach was the only way to proceed.

You couldn’t wish for a more suitable pedigree. Tom is licensed general contractor with a background in engineering and Angela is a marketing expert who is passionate about getting the word out regarding unique Pelle projects and keeping the projects on track. They bring more than 15 years experience to Pelle and are proud to have created a company whose every project is more sustainable than the last.
